The Finchnest is a new restaurant from Tommy and Kaitlyn Finch opening in Margaretville, New York in 2026. We’ll serve elevated comfort food and be a gathering place for Catskills locals and weekenders alike.

We’ll have a hearty nightly supper menu, and during our daytime hours the lunch and heritage butcher counters will offer a weekly bill of fare.

Our private room is great for your special parties and we have a backyard outdoor space on the east branch of The Delaware River.

We will be open all year to serve both summer sporting and après-ski enthusiasts in the rich all-season tradition of the great outdoors in The Catskill Mountains.
