When will The Finchnest open?

We plan to be open in the Fall of 2026.

On Main St. in Margaretville, New York at the old Summerfields building.

The Finchnest is a neighborhood restaurant serving elevated comfort food

in a warm, welcoming setting. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion

or grabbing a burger and a beer after work, you’ll feel right at home.

What are your hours?

Hours will be announced closer to opening.

Will you serve lunch?

Yes! Lunch service will begin in Spring 2027.

What is the butcher counter?

Our butcher counter will feature premium cuts of meat and occasionally seafood, housemade-specialties, and prepared foods to take home. More details will be announced. as we get closer to launch.

Can I host a private event?

Not immediately, but private events are part of our future plans. Stay tuned!

What is The Backyard?

The Backyard is our relaxed outdoor gathering space featuring covered seating, a bar, and plenty of room to unwind with friends and family.
