The Finchnest is a new restaurant from Tommy and Kaitlyn Finch opening in Margaretville, New York in 2026. We’ll serve elevated comfort food and be a gathering place for Catskills locals and weekenders alike.

In the evenings, you can join us for a seasonally inspired dinner menu and classic cocktails. During the day, we’ll offer sit-down and take-out lunch options along with our heritage butcher counter’s weekly bill of fare.

Celebrate your birthday, anniversary or other special occasion in our intimate private dining room which seats up to 12 people. Enjoy a warm summer day or apres-ski in The Backyard under the tin roof and listen to the sounds of the east branch of The Delaware River.
